Twelve years of experience in software development and support including design, implementation, support and maintenance working for global software companies. The last two years have been spent with Wolters Kluwer Medi-Span, a national leader in drug content and clinical decision support contributing to customer implementations and internal software projects. Worked with customers, partners, and internal development team to assist in API and flat file implementations. Wrote functional requirements for internal deployment of our latest API. Wrote all sample code for latest API documentation. Initiated several internal projects including: ftp site login and zip checking application; merged data from two disparate sources into dotProject project management software; identified and corrected a PCL bug in Ghostscript and submitted the changes on bug 690182.

Software Engineer (Vonexus/Integrations)June 2004 - March 2008
Worked on a variety projects using C#. Focus for remainder was on a large scale C# application to assist in the configuration and rapid deployment of SIP phones as well as a stand-alone wizard style application to assist technical partners in configuring AudioCodes Gateways to work with Interaction Center. Designed graphical user interfaces (GUI) and refactored code into effective class structures.
Team Lead - Dialer Support/Support Level 2August 2002 - June 2004
Managed Level 2 support team of 13 agents and acted as the lead for computer telephony predictive dialer support. Provided new agent training and re-built the team from 6 to 13 agents, initiated a continuous education program for the team and directly supported off-site customer issues across the US and Canada, as well as China.

Software Engineer - Strike ForceJune 2001 - July 2002
Joined the team of three to help troubleshoot and find root cause on customer issues that required more than the normal level of support. Traveled on short notice all over the United States and Canada to assist in taking care of emergency level technical customer issues. Focused on educating the support team and assisting on existing cases in a proactive attempt to eliminate the need for site visits where possible.
